The Corporate Recruiter supports organizational growth by delivering full cycle recruiting solutions and partnering closely with HR and business leaders to attract and hire top talent across key functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles within Services and other critical functions.
Partner with HR and business leaders to align hiring efforts with organizational goals.
Build and enhance Talent Acquisition capabilities through effective processes, technology, and relationships.
Recruit successfully across functions such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
Continuously improve recruiting practices using a consultative, customer focused approach.
Contribute to a collaborative TA and HR team through knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Demonstrate ownership, ethics, accountability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience in high volume recruiting preferred.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and present insights to support recruiting decisions.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four year college or university required.
Minimum of three (3) years of full cycle recruiting experience; agency and corporate experience preferred.
