Searching for experienced Utilities Customer Transformation Senior Manager .

Compensation based on experience.

Drive proactive management consulting opportunity pursuits generating new sales

Drive reactive management consulting opportunity pursuits (sole sourced or RFP based)

Develop proposals to clients (sole sourced or RFP based) focused on selling our management and industry consulting offerings

Manage the sales/proposal process end to end

Deliver sold management and industry consulting projects

Interact with clients and focus on project delivery that meets or exceeds their expectations

Manage financials of sales and delivery projects

Mentor and lead people at levels below Senior Manager (in sales and delivery projects)

Conduct quality review of management and industry consulting projects in-flight

Actively contribute to recruiting of additional talent to our AECS Industry Consulting practice

Actively contribute to our AECS Industry Consulting offerings and assets

Weekly travel Monday through Thursday

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

1. Experience in: Customer Service project sales and delivery / Customer Transformation project sales and delivery

2. At least 8-10+ years in Utilities OR 8-10+ years in other industries such as Financial Services, Telco, Retail

3. Experience with Sales and/or Delivery and/or Operational roles where emphasis has been on working in projects / specific duration to deliver tangible result (either in sales achieved, revenue managed or other critical performance metrics)

4. Good understanding of the entire lifecycle of Customer focused organizations including Marketing, Sales, Service and Field Service with deep experience in Customer Service (front- and back office and digital in Utilities or other industries) driving Customer Transformation

5. Experience with ownership and accountability for financials and business outcomes

6. Experience selling and delivering Management Consulting projects (to external or internal clients)

7. Experience with development of future vision, gap assessment, business case development and road map creation
