Despatch Supervisor

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the preparation, loading, and dispatch of products to customers and distributors.

Lead and coordinate dispatch staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.

Monitor stock levels, reconcile dispatch records, and ensure accurate documentation of outgoing goods.

Enforce hygiene, health, and safety regulations in line with food industry standards.

Maintain detailed records of deliveries, vehicle usage, and dispatch schedules for auditing and reporting.

Liaise with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Address and resolve issues related to delays, product discrepancies, or transport challenges.

Key Slkills:

Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse supervision, preferably in the food or meat production industry.

Strong knowledge of food safety standards and cold chain management.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Proficiency in dispatch software and MS Office tools.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
