Our client is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team.

Salary:

USD 500 Gross

Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date records of vehicle assignments, mileage logs, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.

Track and document delivery schedules, shipment details, and transport activities.

Ensure all licenses, registrations, and regulatory documents are current and properly filed.

Record servicing, repairs, inspections, and warranty information for all vehicles.

Document fuel costs, repair expenses, and other fleet-related expenditures for reporting and auditing.

Generate regular reports on fleet utilization, logistics performance, and compliance status.

Input and update information in fleet management software and databases.

Key Skills:

Proven experience in record keeping, data management, or administrative support within logistics or fleet operations.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in fleet management software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge of compliance requirements for transportation and fleet operations.

Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
