We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our leasing office team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment, and has strong computer and communication skills.
The candidate must be bilingual in English/Spanish. Organized, and able to provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective and current residents in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office communication
Show available apartment units and property amenities to prospective tenants
Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, and resident files
Perform administrative and data entry tasks accurately
Maintain organized records and documentation
Provide support to the property management and leasing team as needed
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills and comfort learning property management software
Professional phone presence and communication skills
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Previous leasing, property management, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Additional Information:
Leasing experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right person
