What You’ll Do

Contact members who have requested information

Help arrange and confirm virtual appointments

Send reminders and follow up when needed

Provide basic information in a clear and helpful manner

Assist members with simple online steps

Keep notes, records, and appointment details organized

Update member information accurately

Manage daily calls, messages, and follow-ups

Use online systems to track activity
