Responsibilities

An ideal candidate is expected to work with the existing Manila team and facilitate in coming up with ideas and imparting training to the analysts on Six Sigma methodologies. He/she will act as an individual contributor for the process.

Main tasks and Job responsibilities:

People Management:

» Identifying and eliminating barriers to accuracy, productivity, and quality.

» Carrying out managery responsibilities in conformity with the client’s policies and procedures; additional responsibilities include interviewing, training and motivating employees; planning, assigning and directing work; compensateing and disciplining employees; and effective conflict resolution.

» Communicating policies to associates and become the primary information source for staff; following-up to ensure compliance and consistency; taking corrective action as necessary and documenting the issue and actions taken. Project Management:

» Continuous process improvement for payroll

» Initiating Process improvements and Identify opportunities to facilitate business improvement

» Liaison with partner departments in preparation for the applicable payrolls

» Perform internal audits of various payroll areas and prepare materials for external or internal auditors

» Liaison with external parties

» Work with the Accounting team to help with any queries on the account reconciliations

» Assisting with all Year End Procedures

» Adding on new and keeping all existing SOP’s updated with latest procedures

» Training of other team members

» Provide information to senior management

» To deputize for the Payroll Manager in their absence

» To effectively co-ordinate and communicate information to the team and manager

» Identify and report risks and breaches immediately, and promote an environment which encourages all staff to do the same

» Ensure SLAs are met

» Assists in determining work priorities in conformity with the workload, deadlines and change requests

» Perform other projects and tasks as required

Job Requirement:

» Certification: SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT

» Prior practice of at least 7 years in similar BPO outfit or in an adjunct Manager post is a must

» practiced in PeopleSoft

» practiced in Project Management

» Knowledge on Outlook, Word and Excel or similar desktop applications.

» Advanced analytical expertise and the capability to get into the details, while also seeing and knowledge the big picture.

» Demonstrated capability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.

» capability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

» A work ethic located on a strong desire to exceed expectations.

» Good Communications expertise – Written & Verbal

» Willing to work in shifting schedules including night shift

» Work during Holidays as may be required by the Company
