Production Associate

Location: Clio, SC

Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Fridays as needed.

Olsten Staffing is currently hiring for a Production Associate position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Clio, SC. We are looking for dependable candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience using measuring tools and small hand tools.

Job Duties

This position will involve setup and operation of the buffer and tie line, including but not limited to:

• Setting up the buffer and pre-sander for production runs

• Stacking boards according to required specifications

• Tie/sub-bundling boards as needed

• Cleaning the tie line and surrounding work areas

• Troubleshooting minor production issues around the tie line

• Packaging materials according to customer requirements

• Maintaining supplies of packaging materials at the tie line

• Using tape measures, hand tools, saws, and nail guns

• Assisting with additional tasks assigned by the line lead or supervisor

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Qualifications

• Basic manufacturing experience preferred

• Must know how to use a tape measure accurately

• Experience using small hand tools, saws, and nail guns required

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain production pace

Pay Details: $12.00 per hour
