Develop business and marketing plans.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Provide recommendations on business growth and problem resolution.

Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective

clients and industry trends.

Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.

Assist in the preparation of annual marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.

Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices.

Present and explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the products/services offered and

follow up with them to close business deals.

Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts

and mailing lists.

Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations.

Assist in company’s branding activities such as advertisements, marketing collaterals and website.

Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the


Develop strong customer relationships to generate high volume of prospective clients.

Respond to queries of clients regarding the products and services in a timely manner.

To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required.


Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any Business Management course

At least 3 years work related experience

With background in Accounting is an advantage

With pleasing personality

Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills

Ability to maintain good customer relationship

Ability to think both strategically and operationally

Highly developed communication skills; verbal and written

Ability to impart detailed data to others

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Very good presentation skills

Target driven and results oriented

Can work independently with less supervision
