Candidate needed to function as our Contract and Compliance Administrator. We are an integrated health care delivery system based in Zanesville, Ohio. The system includes a not-for-profit hospital, an extensive network of more than 300 physicians and multiple outpatient care centers throughout the region. We are the largest health care provider in its six-county region of southeastern Ohio, which includes Muskingum, Morgan, Perry, Coshocton, Noble and Guernsey counties. We provide a higher level of service than what is typically found in a community of its size including open-heart surgery, trauma care, a Level II neonatal intermediate care unit, neurosurgery and comprehensive cancer services. This level of care has established us as a primary referral center for much of the region. Job Description: The Contract & Compliance Director is responsible for researching and resolving physician contract issues and conducting research on legal and regulatory requirements as they relate to physician practice and contract agreements. The director also identifies best evidence-based practices regarding delivery of high quality, cost-efficient care in the medical office setting.
