Supporting 4 sales reps in this territory. Will be helping with account management, as they get trained on the products they may be given a group of accounts to go after to hunt for new business. Not looking for someone to be the secretary or do the AM grunt work. This is partnering with the AMs to help with growth and to learn the sales process. Ideally most into a full sales role within 12-18months.
Has own set goals for the entire district, bonuses are uncapped
What the Account Managers they will support do:
Own a territory of nursing schools (public, private, proprietary)
Sell ATI as a portfolio/partnership, not a single product
Blend new business hunting + account management
Run high-level, consultative presentations with Deans, Directors, and senior leadership

Ideal profile:
12-18 months sales experience
some outside sales experience
Strong presentation skills
