Our client, in the services industry, is seeking a dynamic and people-centric Facilities Manager to oversee the non-technical, soft services that keep our corporate campus/facilities running seamlessly, safely, and at a premium standard.

Responsibilities:
They ensure that all daily soft facilities management (FM) services meet strict quality standards.
Overseeing daily cleaning, deep cleans, window washing, and waste management/recycling.
Managing corporate security guards, access control, CCTV monitoring, concierge, and reception services.
Coordinating cafeteria services, vending machines, executive dining, and event catering.
Managing contracts for interior plant maintenance, groundskeeping, and routine pest control.
Responsible for: Sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with third-party service providers.
Managing the annual operational budget (OpEx) for all soft services.
Finding cost-saving efficiencies without compromising on service quality or safety.
Ensuring all services comply with local health and safety regulations (safe waste disposal).
Driving sustainability initiatives, such as reducing single-use plastics, optimizing waste segregation, or using eco-friendly cleaning products.
Leading an in-house team of supervisors, receptionists, or cleaners, or managing the relationship with the outsourced team leads.
Acting as the main point of contact for tenants, corporate clients, or landlords regarding workplace comfort and complaints
