To supervise the day-to-day operations of the company Command Centre, ensuring all alarms, incidents, radio communications, CCTV monitoring, dispatch activities, and guard deployment functions are managed professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with company SOPs.

Responsibilities:
Supervise all Command Centre staff during assigned shifts.
Ensure alarms, incidents, and emergencies are handled within required response times.
Coordinate dispatch of reaction teams, supervisors, and guards.
Monitor operator performance and adherence to SOPs.
Ensure accurate incident logging and shift handovers.
Escalate critical incidents to senior management where required.
Ensure communication systems, radios, and monitoring equipment remain operational.
Review CCTV footage and incident reports where necessary.
Conduct daily quality checks on logs, reports, and dispatch records.
Assist in training and mentoring Command Centre staff.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality within the control room.
Coordinate of guarding and rapid response departments.
