Paralegal - Ohio Workers' Compensation Practice

Job Description

We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Ohio Workers’ Compensation team—someone who’s organized, curious, and enjoys helping people navigate the legal process.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with our attorneys to keep cases moving smoothly. You’ll draft filings, review case materials, help prepare settlement agreements, and communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. If you like variety in your day, you’ll fit right in.

Workers’ compensation experience is definitely a plus, but it’s not a deal breaker. If you’re a strong writer, comfortable juggling deadlines, and enjoy being the go to person who keeps things on track, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

· Drafting court filings and administrative documents

· Reviewing case files and identifying what needs to happen next

· Talking with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

· Helping prepare settlement agreements

· Supporting attorneys with case prep and organization

What helps you succeed:

· Solid writing and communication skills

· Comfort working with deadlines and details

· A friendly, professional approach with clients

· Interest in learning workers’ compensation law

· Experience in litigation or administrative law is helpful but not required
