Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsibility of complete operational and maintenance of Plant.

• Development and implementation of new process to maximize profit through cost control, minimizing wastage, and better quality.

• Coordinate with other vertical of business for ensuring best productivity.

• Develop and manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

• Measure productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.

• Determine production based on forecasts of customer demand.

• Leading with responsibility for all staff including induction, training, scheduling shift patterns, motivating and retaining. Will also be required to deal with disciplinary procedures and grievances.

• Management of suppliers and stock.

• Drafting of maintenance schedule.

• Ensuring preventive maintenance is done as per schedule and production is not hampered.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Minimum experience in Plant Operation and Maintenance of 5 years.

• Significant professional experience in lower and middle management.

• Leadership ability.

• Team building skills.

• Work independently without direct supervision.

• Understanding of how to develop and implement business strategies.

• Ability to work well with all levels of management, executive leadership and support staff, as well as with employees.

• Able to supervise the staff at all level.

• Problem-solving and conflict management skills.

• Should be a part core team for implementation of ISO 9001 quality standards.
