JOB SUMMARY

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary responsibility include lab testing, CAD design, associated documentation

Responsible construction & operation of the product development test lab and lab upgrade projects

Be a part of the research & new product development team

Format engineering documents, Bills of Material & product specifications

Interact with customer design engineer for product selection, project management & technical support

Provide technical sales support to sales representatives or Customers

Develop a strong understanding of product lines and Product application knowledge

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Communication: Written and oral communication is clear, tactful, and succinct in a variety of settings. Listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions.

Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Gathers and analyses information skillfully. Develops alterative solutions and directs their implementation.

Teamwork: Works cooperatively with Sales, Customers, and Manufacturing to accomplish cross functional tasks

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2 years of experience desired, but not a must requirement. Experience in HVAC system repairs, analysis and installation is a definite plus.

AutoCAD inventor or similar CAD software experience is required

Analytical Skills: Reviews job related information to assess and analyze results for accuracy, profitability, completeness, and consistency. Uses job related tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint, LabVIEW, AutoCAD, Inventor, Microsoft-AX and Daily Reports) as needed.

Candidate must be able to multitask and be a self starter.

Must be able to lift up to 45lbs.

TRAINING REQUIRED:

Training will be ongoing throughout employment based on duties as assigned.
