Job Duties:

• Apply principles and practices of clinical dietetics and medical nutrition therapy in order to plan, develop, and independently coordinate medical nutrition therapy intervention, interdisciplinary care plans, and nutritional education activities.

• Conduct studies, analysis, and document findings to evaluate staff, food, nutrition supplements/feeding or meal alternatives and therapies, supplies, equipment, and service in order to improve the efficiency of the operation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Completion of the following:

• A full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor’s or higher in dietetics, food, nutrition, food service management, institution management, or related science.

Experience: Candidates must have the following experience:

• Five years of experience within the last ten years working as a Registered Dietitian in an inpatient, critical care, ICU setting.


• National Background Investigation

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work site

License/Certification and Training:

• Must possess and maintain a current unrestricted dietitian license in any of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands and be able to obtain clinical privileges to practice medicine.

• Basic Life Support (BLS)


• Monday to Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM or 7:30AM-4:30PM, One weekend per month TBD
