Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Specialist to support our remote operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing company information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and productivity.
Responsibilities
Input and update information within company databases and systems
Review records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
Generate reports, spreadsheets, and related documents as required
Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Perform routine data backups and record maintenance
Provide administrative and clerical support when needed
Collaborate with team members regarding data changes and updates
Requirements
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
Reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience using CRM platforms or database management systems
Familiarity with spreadsheets and reporting software
