About the role

As a Lifeguard, you play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests using the pool and recreational facilities. You are responsible for maintaining a safe environment while delivering attentive, courteous, and professional service that reflects Four Seasons service excellence.

What you will do

Monitor swimming pool and recreational areas to ensure guest safety at all times

Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a polite and professional manner

Respond immediately to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid/CPR when required

Conduct regular inspections of pool areas, equipment, and water quality

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free pool environment

Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly to management

Represent Four Seasons standards of grooming, behavior, and guest interaction

What you bring

Valid Lifeguard Certification First Aid from the Tunisian Civil Defense

Strong swimming and rescue skills

Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations

Excellent communication and guest service skills

Previous lifeguard experience in hospitality environment

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to work within cross functional team
