Serve as the primary point of contact for donors and community supporters

Provide timely, professional, and courteous responses to inquiries and requests

Support planning and execution of community events, outreach programs, and fundraising initiatives

Maintain accurate records and confidential information within CRM systems and databases

Track supporter engagement and assist in preparing reports on campaign performance and relationship development

Collaborate with marketing, communications, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging

Contribute ideas to improve the supporter experience and strengthen long-term relationships

Stay informed on best practices in customer service and community engagement Qualifications
