We are searching for a Nursing Home Vice President of Operations who will be responsible for oversight of a division of skilled nursing facilities in northern California. Our client will pay top dollar for a proven performer in outcomes, both clinical and financial. We are looking for a leader with a verifiable track record of success in Corporate Level SNF / LTC management. (Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s license is required.)

The ideal nursing home RVP candidate will have substantial prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facility / Nursing Home management and documented experience in program development and census/occupancy growth.

VP of Operations Requirements:

• Valid Nursing Home Administrator’s License

• Multi-facility or corporate leadership (LNHA) experience

• Expertise in regulatory compliance

• Demonstrated track record of improving market share and quality census

• Must be adept at fostering teamwork, coaching, and mentoring staff

• Comprehensive understanding of LTC regulations reimbursement practices

• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills

VP of Operations Responsibilities:

• Ensuring quality census mix

• Cost containment

• Ensuring exceptional regulatory compliance

• Providing quality control

• Optimizing customer elations

• Managing and supervising staff in the region

• Meeting financial objectives

• Business development

• Census development

• Controlling labor costs
