MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage vendor due diligence

Perform vendor due diligence

Create / Update vendor in system

Invoice processing

Place payment in batch & proceed for payment

Input invoice details

Perform 2-way (goods) or 2-way match (services)

Place payment in batch & proceed for payment

Process Credit Note / Debit Note

Payment Processing

Prepare payment proposal

Reporting / exception management

Post details into system

Post payments for vendor payments / inter-company payments / government payments / urgent payments

Receive requests for pre-payment

Travel claims processing

Record travel invoice in system

Post transaction to system

Liquidate cash advance

Claims reimbursement

Process claims reimbursement

Process re-billable claims

Prepare bank instruction and upload into bank portal

Post transaction to system

Fixed Asset Management

Creation of new Fixed Assets which includes capitalization of fixed assets and assigning asset code and tag

number

Recording of movement of Fixed Assets

Period end processing and reporting which includes activities such as Fixed Assets reconciliation, performing

post-capitalisation and reconciliation of CIP listing, and review and follow up on Fixed Asset clearing account

Physical verification of Fixed Assets

Period end Processing & Reporting

Reconciliation of vendor statements / review of ageing reports

Run / reconcile AP sub-ledger interfaces and AP sub-ledger to GL / Close off AP sub-ledger

Completeness check for scanned documents

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the

Company in due course;

b) Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized

representatives;

c) Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect of the affairs of the Company to any unauthorized

person;

d) Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time

either through direct written order or by oral assignment.
