" Candidate to function as our Benefits and Compensation Manager. The system includes a not-for-profit hospital, an extensive network of more than 300 physicians and multiple outpatient care centers throughout the region. We are the largest health care provider in our six-county region of southeastern Ohio, which includes Muskingum, Morgan, Perry, Coshocton, Noble and Guernsey counties. We provide a higher level of service than what is typically found in a community of its size including open-heart surgery, trauma care, a Level II neonatal intermediate care unit, neurosurgery and comprehensive cancer services. This level of care has established us as a primary referral center for much of the region. Job Description: This position will report to the HR Director. 3 peer managers and 2 possibly 3 direct reports. HR is located off-campus (but within a mile of the Hospital); parking is free. Has own, separate office space (not a cube system). Flexible scheduling supported. No weekends or major holidays worked. Relocation assistance negotiable. Eligible for at-risk yearly bonus payout of up to 6% of base annual salary. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree required.
