Job Description: This position is responsible for assessing patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of care provided by the nursing team and providing technical nursing care and interventions to designated patient populations. This position requires providing services to one or more age populations, including neonate through geriatric, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of an accredited program. Possesses current Illinois RN license or NCLEX RN candidate report indicating that the candidate has successfully passed RN boards. COMPLETE ACCREDITED RNFA PROGRAM. Two years experience as a circulating RN and/or scrub RN. PREFERRED: BACHELORS OF SCIENCE IN NURSING (BSN)
