Customer Service Representative for a Bank (Pasig) Urgent Hiring

- The position is responsible for providing quality service to Cardholders and The bank's branches/clients, by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of card sales, service inquiries, requests, concerns made via call, email and other correspondences.


-Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate of any Business related course.

-Five working days per week/from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM work time.

-Male or Female

-Must be proficient in using Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

-Knowledgeable in Credit Master and CardPac systems is an advantage.

-Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.

-Should have an experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements an is advantage.

-Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
