o Recruitment and Selection process that will identify qualified personnel/employees to fill out vacancies

o Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

o Ensures appropriate placement of personnel

201 FILES / RECORDS MAINTENANCE

o Maintains/safeguards 201 files/records of all personnel

o Ensures the proper handling of these files including but not limited to confidentiality and release of employee information to recognized authorities.

o Maintains historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

o Manpower Headcount

o Employee Discipline (Violations and Sanctions)

o Employee Tenure

o Resignations and Reasons for Resignations

EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

o Provides employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits

o Implements and ensures compliance to company policies.

o Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable government mandated requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; and relevant activities.

Mediates employee work-related conflicts and provides counselling if needed

o Prepares Notice to Explain, investigates and prepares Disciplinary action, if warranted, based on the approved rules and regulations of the company

TIMEKEEPING

o Reviews monthly tardiness and suspension report

o Reviews attendance report and issue AWOL letter if warranted

o Daily attendance report and monitoring

ADMINISTRATION

o Handling Security Agency
