Plans and implements sales strategies and other sales related programs in coordination with the Sales Manager to meet the Sales group’s monthly objectives. Monitors Sales Executive's performance vis-à-vis the quota. Supervises the training of new Sales Executive's. Evaluates and does periodic checks on the Sales Executive's overall performance. Performs other responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager.
A. Education :
College graduate preferably major in Management, Business Accounting, Finance, Engineering or any equivalent course
B. Type of experience and length of time required :
At least 2-3 years Sales Supervisor or equivalent rank (Group Sales Manager) with proven track record.
C. Specialized technical skill / special talents required :
1. Managerial Skill (PLOC)
2. Basic Automotive technology knowledge
3. Selling Skills (specially closing)
4. Training Skills
D. Type of personality required :
4. Willing to take the long road
