SharePoint expert who implements front-end solutions.

Important Note: This position will NOT have site collection administrator access as it is not a requirement for the job. This is not a developer, coder, engineer or systems architect role. This is a super-user that implements front-end solutions in SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Work with end users to gather and analyze business requirements and solve business problems utilizing SharePoint out-of-the box capabilities, with limited customized design.

• Design and deploy custom InfoPath forms as part of business process solutions.

• Manage and maintain security permissions for multiple site collections.

• Plan and document business requirements and workflow steps for new SharePoint projects that include SharePoint sites, pages, InfoPath forms, workflows, notifications/alerts, libraries, lists and metadata.

• Provide technical consultation in new systems development, new feature or function evaluations, and enhancement of existing systems.

• Maintain security, develop interfaces for data consolidation and develop workflow structures.

• Coordinate migration of archived content and documents from SharePoint into FileNet document management system.

• Work with end users on implementing migrated libraries with new web parts, views, metadata and workflows.

• Provide SharePoint technical support and escalation and prepare best practice / governance documentation for end users.

• Coordinate testing and roll-out of SharePoint projects with end users; lead user acceptance and quality assurance sessions.

• Develop and maintain documentation; participating in the development of departmental technical procedures and operational guidelines.

• Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience with SharePoint configuration, implementation, design and SharePoint capacity management.

• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.

• Extremely well organized, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with partners in a constructive and professional manner.

• Proven analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of operational risk and compliance programs.

• Knowledge or experience with data and analytics tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge or experience with financial crimes risk and compliance programs.

• Experience in leading complex projects, coordinating multiple priorities and helping team members manage conflicting priorities.

• Experience designing and leading development efforts at an enterprise level.
