Job Description

Repair and maintain industrial equipment, including hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC controlled production equipment. Position will be responsible for examining, troubleshooting and repairing problematic equipment and providing preventative maintenance of our industrial equipment for a 24 hour three shift plant facility.

Skills & Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and possess the following abilities:

Qualified candidates require a minimum of three years of experience as an industrial equipment mechanic, the ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical equipment and PLC’s.

Candidate must supply their own tools.

Must be able to learn and use current CMMS systems.

Must be familiar with relays, 3 phase motors, inverters, Must have strong electro-mechanical and building maintenance skills.

Massachusetts Electrical License Journeyman Electrician

Computer/PLC skills helpful.

Candidate must read, write, and speak English. Must work well with mathematical concepts.

Preferred knowledge of food manufacturing maintenance. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
