This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and energetic electronic manufacturing company located in Brisbane. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who is exceptionally detail oriented and works best in a casual, fast paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Receives, researches, and answers customer inquiries and requests regarding accounts, products, rates and services offered.

2. Works with customers to offer alternatives to unresolved problems.

3. Follows up on customer inquiries and research to assure satisfactory completion.

4. Monitors, evaluates, and presents solutions to potential problem areas.

5. Respond to customer inquiries with timely and accurate information.

6. Verifying/Acknowledging customer orders, based upon material availability, customer requested due date, and manufacturing lead times.

7. Work with materials, production control, and sales to schedule orders which cannot be shipped according to customer requested due date.

8. Inform customers in advance of any scheduling problems.

9. Work with materials and production control to respond to customer expedites and reschedules requests.

10. Facilitate communication between production and the customer regarding engineering related questions, i.e. drawing or BOM errors.

11. Assist order processing, quotation preparation, telephone messages and other duties.

12. Prepares routine reports and assists the manager with special projects as assigned.

13. Performs other clerical duties and assignments as directed by management.

Requires completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred. Adapt with PC Computer knowledge in Windows environment. Manufacturing experience in Electronics industry highly preferable. Ability to communicate and understand detailed yet specific information both orally and in writing. Detail and accuracy oriented. Well organized (ability to keep track of and follow-up on multiple issues).
