Mission:
Quantum is seeking an Enterprise Scheduling/Project Systems Administrator that provides support to enterprise scheduling operations, project systems administration, and data analytics/reporting functions. The position supports program and portfolio execution through the application of logic-driven scheduling practices, enterprise toolsets, and structured data analysis. This role applies to strong foundational scheduling capability while supporting administration, integration, and sustainment of enterprise project systems within a program and portfolio management environment.
Responsibilities:
Support administration and sustainment of Microsoft Project Online / Project Server environments
Assist in development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards
Provide support to program teams for schedule development, updates, and analysis
Apply logic-driven scheduling practices, including task dependencies, sequencing, and schedule health metrics
Perform data validation, schedule quality checks, and troubleshooting of schedules and reporting outputs
Assist with resource data management, deliverables tracking, and cross-project schedule integration
Support SharePoint-based project and reporting workflows
Document processes, procedures, and system configurations
Provide functional support and guidance to users of scheduling and reporting tools
Develop and maintain proficiency in enterprise scheduling systems and practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen and a resident of the Huntsville, AL area or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Project (desktop/client) for building and maintaining logic-driven schedules
Strong understanding of scheduling fundamentals (dependencies, sequencing, critical path).
Candidate should have at least 3 years of Program Analysis experience.
Candidate must be able to acquire or possess and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance, with possibilities of working at higher classification levels.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Experience with Project Online or Project Server
Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
Familiarity with SharePoint / Microsoft 365 environment
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying concepts
Understanding of resource management and deliverables-based planning
Experience supporting DoD or government programs
