Job description:

Company is seeking Sales Account Executives to work as part of a dedicated team to grow existing business lines, take charge to expand our customer base as well as manage existing accounts. The position reports directly to the Marketing and Sales Manager.

Established family-owned business specializing in repair and glass replacement in automobiles, commercial trucks and heavy equipment. Additionally offering commercial glass repair, replacement and build out to business owners, contractors and property managers - a unique one-stop service for their glass, storefront, entryway and door hardware needs. We pride ourselves on excellence in quality and customer and customer service and look to our sales force as an extension of our services. This is a mobile position. A reliable car is required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in commercial fleet sales, automotive glass sales, commercial glass sales and/or selling to property managers and restoration companies, insurance companies or other related fields.

* Proven track record of success in sales including cold calling, account calls, identifying and developing new key accounts, and closing sales in a timely manner.

* Prior experience working with insurance companies or as an agent would be helpful

* Experience multi-level selling across business types.

* Ability to work autonomously while keeping in constant communication with management, shop personnel, and customer service representatives.

* Communicates effectively in English both orally and in writing/presentations

* Results-oriented: Your success and ours will ultimately be measured by numbers

* Attention to detail and a desire to do things right the first time.

* Highly organized, able to multi-task.

* Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

* Reliable mode of transportation is required
