SAP Software Tester and Customer Support Rep

SAP Testing Support for the Project Management Office

Please provide a full listing of the day to day tasks to be performed by the Consultant (be descriptive and specific):

Supports project phases, during testing, training and production support.

Ability to troubleshoot SAP problems from end users and resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction.

Ability to respond to customer software problems and document their concerns

Ability to match software solutions to appropriate problems with support from other senior team members

Fluent in basic computer systems terminology

Competency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, web based incident management systems, file servers, email is required.

Ability to conduct needs analysis for new potential technical solutions to business problems

Ability to create and edit training materials as needed for users at all levels;

Ability to update and run test cases during the implementation of software enhancements and upgrades for SAP users as needed;

Able to lead user teams in testing of systems or software

Ability to establish and maintain effective professional working relationships;

Ability to work independently, with limited direction;

Ability to communicate effectively with the other members of the SAP Team, the IS department, the internal Monroe County Customers, and the support Vendors;

Ability to solve problems using the resources provided
