Job Description

We are looking to add a Partner Development Associate to our Scottsdale Arizona team. The Partner Development Associate is an integral member of the Partner Development Department whose primary responsibility is maintaining relationships with Adjudication System partners and providing support to Management.

Provide direct technical support to Vice President of Partner Development; inclusive of maintenance of existing partner relationships and research of new potential partner relationships

Assist in facilitating Adjudication System relationships, as well as partner and potential partner relationships via data entry (from business cards, other trade show literature and magazines, etc.)

Update and maintain Administrative Guide and Data Analytics Guide

Work with Marketing to coordinate sponsored events held during industry conferences as well as development of letters, email blasts and other promotional strategies

Maintain Salesforce best practices including maintenance of data; keeping up-to-date on all trends, developments

Prepare scheduled reports for department heads as well as reports needed on ad-hoc basis

Use of Salesforce to create selling and retention efficiencies

Coordinate print jobs with graphic/print companies for corporate stationery, business cards, promo items, conference materials, brochures, and all others required for specific projects

Compose memos, letters, and other correspondence

Coordinate offsite conferences and meetings including travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, shipping and tracking of all conference materials and exhibit booth, individual conference badge registrations and hotel reservations, promo items, golf reservations, etc.


Technical Skills / Knowledge:

Proficient providing support to Partner Development team; inclusive of facilitation of adjudication partner leads, creating tracking reports and partner development related correspondence.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint- advanced knowledge of Outlook/PowerPoint required.

Salesforce experience preferred

Customary Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

1-2 years of office, sales or marketing experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills and professionalism

Must be sensitive to confidential information.

Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Must be a self-starter, motivated to take initiative.

Able to work on multiple priorities concurrently.
