Description/Comment:

• Responsible for on-site installation, configuration, implementation, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of company systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.

• Serves as company liaison with Dell and Vendor on technical matters. Interprets business needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to Dell IT onsite support personnel, customer support reps, or a Dell IT L1\L2\L3 Support Team.

• Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions.

• required to perform analytical and technical tasks on PC systems, with knowledge of LAN configuration and system configurations as well.

• Responsible for single or multiple applications.

• Analyzes basic business needs and recommends ways to optimize PC hardware resources to achieve business objectives.

• Basic understanding of the fundamentals of network and desktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools, materials, and equipment.
