Join a fast growing company in today’s exciting Real Estate Market. We are currently seeking a Marketing & client Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing & Client Coordinator, you are responsible for expanding the company’s exposure through media relations, enhancing its image, creating the marketing collateral & graphics, project spreadsheets, maintenance of current client relations and business development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for development and maintaining of all marketing collateral brochures, data, slides, photographs, files, and client database.

• Creates, organizes and coordinates activities involved in the preparation of marketing proposals, presentations, and submittals.

• Gathers information about various markets and trends in real estate, or other fields, and helps generate support collateral for company projects.

• Translate corporate documents, emails and client communications.

• Responsible for some client communication and group mail-outs.

• Prepares status reports on marketing efforts and clients.

• Assist with conference/seminar coordination and presentations.

• Creates project prospectus, spreadsheets, and market/project evaluations.

• Property showings, open houses, and general office assistant duties.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Native mandarin speaker and fluent in both English and Mandarin for written and verbal skills.

• Strong Proficiency in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite application-InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator preferred.

• Self-starter with ability to lead market brand strategy efforts.

• Ability to work efficiently and within an organized manner.

• Ability to maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads.

• Excellent ability to multi-task and respond to constantly changing needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong professional relationships.

• Excellent time management organizational and leadership abilities.

Required Experience

• Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or technical related field preferred. Real estate experience suggested but not required.
