Title: State FCCLA Administrative Assistant

Annual Salary and Travel Budget for Contract Year: $ 6500

Interim contract January 23, 2017 – June 30, 2017

Contract Year – July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018

Approved Travel Expenses will be reimbursed.

FCCLA state advisory board performance review will be conducted annually and this contract is renewable upon satisfactory performance.

Job Summary:

• Coordinates STAR event competitions at region and state conferences

• Provides training for judges at region and state competitions

• Process registration for Fall Leadership and State Convention

• Maintain the financial records

• Create invoices and pay bills

• Provide assistance at Leadership, Region and State Conferences

• Coordinate with State FACS Specialist and FCCLA State Advisor

• Provide financial reports for and attends quarterly FCCLA state board meetings.

Job Requirements/Skills:

Working knowledge of the FCCLA organization; highly skilled in effective interpersonal and communication skills; computer skills, including, but not limited to Excel, Publisher, Word and QuickBooks and other related technology literacy; must provide your own computer and Internet access; in-state travel required; chapter FCCLA Advisor experience preferred.
