Full-time Hours/Long-term Contract

Pay up to $22 hourly

Will responsible for the day to day support of a high performing Talent Acquisition function for North America. This position is responsible for scheduling interviews, processing new hire paperwork, coordinating onboarding activities, and additional administrative duties to support the function.


• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring manager and job applicants.

• Utilization of applicant tracking system to provide recruiting support as needed by inputting candidates, status candidates, running reports, extending job offers.

• Provide administrative support as necessary to all employees and customers both internally and externally.

• Maintain e-file system for Closed Requisition Files (ensure that each closed job is properly completed and filed). Centralize and organize files.

• Assist in coordination of first day and monthly new hire orientations.

• Initiate background checks for new employees.

• Process new hire paperwork/documentation.

• Process recruiting related invoices.

• Assist with miscellaneous Talent Acquisition projects as necessary.

Required: Min. AS Degree


• ATS system or experience in the Talent Acquisition world would be helpful so they understand lingo, processes, etc. but is not required.

• They do NOT have to have recruiting, sourcing, interviewing or screening experience, they will not be doing any of those things in this role
