Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage project deadlines in collaboration with project manager and other project staff

Facilitate communications between project staff, corporate staff, and project sponsors regarding project development

Design, develop, consolidate, edit, format, and distribute technical reports, manuals, presentations, manuscripts, and regulatory submissions

Compose, consolidate, and edit a wide variety of non-technical documents

Knowledge of formatting documents for 508 compliance accessibility

Maintain database software relating to entering, retrieving, modifying, and manipulating data to generate various documents such as rosters, meeting materials, and reports

Participate in establishing and maintaining project and corporate procedures and processes

Manage electronic and paper-based project files and archives

Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of conference calls and meetings, including international sites and collaborators

Maintain the project website contents and user access


Bachelor’s Degree preferred with at least 3 years of experience in drafting and coordinating complex reports, documents and presentations

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite products and Portable Document Format software products

Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio, experience with updating websites, and working with web/video conferencing applications are a plus

Experience with document formatting for 508 compliance preferred

Familiarity with international communications
