The Mount Baker Rowing Program is recruiting for a dynamic and engaging Recreational Adult Rowing Coach to work with our growing adult growing population.

Location: Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing Center, 3800 Lake Washington Boulevard South, Seattle WA 98118

Schedule: Saturday mornings, Tuesday and Thursday mornings and/or evenings

Start Date: Immediately

End Date: Saturday, June 24, 2017

Pay Range: $16.80 - $18.90 hourly DOE


•Over 18 years of age

•Must have excellent communication and organizational skills

•Experience in competitive rowing or junior coaching experience is highly preferred

•Must have First Aid/CPR certification prior to starting

•Must have valid WA state driver's license and successfully clear a driving history/record check upon hire

•Must pass criminal background check

•Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the US and valid government issued ID

•Must sign up for direct deposit with either checking or savings account or Payroll Paycard
