Required Skills :

* Responsible for identifying new partnerships, and developing and managing existing strategic relationships for the organization.

* The key objective of the role will be two fold, viz-a-viz

* Get partners support on their solution components on the bids/opportunities being directly addressed by GlobalStep

* Generate new reciprocal business opportunities in collaboration with identified strategic partners to promote GlobalStep services and solutions in Sell-To and Sell-Through models to these partners

* Develop and communicate a partner strategy for the management and development of the selected partners.

* Be able to independently work on these alliances with no or minimal support from the regional sales team

* Manage, liaison and maintain close relationship with existing and prospective partners to establish long term, as well as opportunity based, alignments.

* Establish and work with revenue targets for the alliances established with GlobalStep
