Act as a primary point of contact and is accountable for day to day service delivery.

Ensure and maintain a clear understanding of the client’s need, and provides day to day client advice and support Leads service delivery to customer(s) in order to deliver contracted service commitments and continual service improvements.

Has to attend In-bound and Out-bound calls, assist customer and drivers during order process

Delivery Management, providing reliable service, meeting SLAs and achieving transformation targets

Should have good communication skills and Basic computer knowledge, web surfing skills are a must.

Must have two wheeler.

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Qualification : Graduate
