ESMSYS is seeking the services of Customer Service Representative for its branch office at Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.

Key Skills Required:

Having Experience in international semi- voice calling process.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English is a must.

Knowledge / understanding of online user behavior

Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to demonstrate professional grammar and diction is a must

Proficient in using MS Office Software mainly Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint with excellent documentation and presentation skills

Possess an ability to establish a report with customers, identify their concerns and needs and provide effective solutions in a timely manner

Shift timing will be 9 hours including 1 hour break between 6.00 PM to 6.00 AM according to day light saving time in USA (Monday- Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

Open and maintain customer records by updating account information in the backend

Maintain close contact with sales representatives to obtain information regarding product performance, service requirements and customer requests

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint / issues

Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analysing customer information

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required

Manages the office and administration duties as per the Company policy

Educational Qualifications and Interpersonal Skills:

Graduation / Post Graduation in relevant field

1-3 years of relevant experience, fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply

Creative thinker with the ability to understand and transform technical information and convey the same to the customers in an appropriate manner

Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and with minimal direct supervision

Excellent planning, organizing and negotiating skills

Effective time management and multi-tasking skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines
