Our client company is seeking an experienced HR manager to oversee local company policies and procedures, legal compliance, worker’s compensation, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, training and development, and performance and compensation management.

You must be willing to:

• Manage/help administer the employee benefits program

• Oversee the 401k plan/perform annual reporting to ensure the plan is in adherence to the local governmental laws

• Oversee the US performance management process on an annual basis

• Oversee general payroll administration

• Manage local recruitment activities

• Manage compliance with required governmental yearly filings

• Establish programs for employee training/development

• Manage/supervise/review direct report activities

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• BA/BS in Business, Human Resources or related field

• 5 current years of Generalist experience with demonstrated success in diverse areas of HR

• In-depth understanding of federal/state/local employment laws

• Strong business acumen/entrepreneurial attitude

• Excellent analytical/problem solving and communication skills

• MS Office suite skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

• Project Management skills
