Job description:

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Team Leader to help us meet our customer acquisition and

revenue growth targets by maximizing our salespeople potential and acting as the conduit between

senior management and staff. He gives assistance and encourages to achieve sales quotas and grow our


Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and supervise the sales activities and working practices that facilitates the smooth running of

the office on a day to day basis.

- Help train and develop team members in order to provide an efficient dynamic business which achieves

its objectives.

- Have a good understanding of the business objectives and supports the management team in delivering

results which meet or exceed agreed targets.

- Have a complete understanding of all departmental procedures and systems and plays an active role in

overseeing and developing systems to meet the needs of the business.

- Help to achieve sales quota by ultimately contact potential or existing customers to inform them about

our product and ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.


- An outstanding supervisory experience.

- Demonstration of positive team player spirit and cooperative sales skills within the organization.

- Ability to direct and be a mentor on the sales ground by actively working to attain everyday sales


- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits and perks: 50-60K Base pay.
