Job Description:

• Lead Generation for Software Services through – Phone and Email.

• Mapping the companies in assigned territories.

• Responsible for identifying new prospects, through market research, e-mail campaigns and calling campaign for promotion of our services.

• Making Outbound Calls and explain about company services to prospects.

• Scheduling campaigns and arranging the meetings for the onsite sales team, acting as the point of contact between the prospect and the on site sales team.

• Managing key accounts and providing assistance till the requirement is fulfilled.

• Working with online databases like Lead411, LinkedIn, Zoom info etc.

• Manage, maintain and updating the call / email responses in database

• Regular follow up with the prospects to ensure future business and to keep prospect warm.

• Research and building up prospects lead database

• Preparing Minutes of Meeting during Conference calls / Site visit meetings.

• Maintain Daily records for R&D done.

• Must know how to frame professional email.

• Responsibility for total pre-sales activity.
