*Job Summary*

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing customer service and inside sales support within the Automotive Department. In addition to qualifying the consumers, the agent is responsible for educating consumers on our products and resolving issues and answering standard consumer questions.

*Job Duties and Responsibilities*

* Handle telephone inquiries (inbound only), and referrals

* Schedule call backs to gather the information necessary to qualify the consumer for the appropriate product that we offer

* Meet assigned goals

* Refer consumers to other departments, as necessary

* Conduct walk throughs of website forms

* Maintain consistent level of follow-up to ensure the highest level of communication

*Gather and Report Statistical data*

* Maintain daily log of transfers to other departments

* Actively notate and maintain CRM database notes by entering pertinent information and setting appropriate follow up activities

* Maintain acceptable transfer conversion rates

*Minimum Requirements*

* High School diploma or GED equivalent AND 1+ years call center/customer service experience

* Ability and desire to handle extensive amounts of phone calls utilizing a script to obtain desired outcomes

* Demonstrate professionalism in manner, dress and conduct

* Excellent telephone communication skills speaking and listening

* Ability to achieve goals

* Basic computer skills (internet, e-mail, and dialer is preferred)

*Preferred Requirements*

* Telesales or sales experience

* 2+ years call center/customer service experience
