Job Summary:

Provides support to the accounting department.

•Create and maintain templates in banking system for electronic payments.

•Proess electronic payments and record into ledger.

•Run Reports.

•Process payments for garnishments generated in Full Service system.

•Balance transactions.

•Assist with bank statement reconciliations as needed.

•Provide support to A/R and A/P and Tax Department as needed.

•Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: •High School diploma/equivalent and two years’ equivalent work experience.

•Data entry accuracy.

•Excel skills.

•Understanding of basic accounting principles, exposure to cash transactions.

•Must be detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and able to work under pressure.

•Excellent organizational and time management skills.

•Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to use multiple types of software including MS Office and proficiency in basic office equipment.

Physical requirements:

•Standing, walking, sitting, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting.

•Use of hands to finger, handle, manipulate tools and objects.

•Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
