JOB POSITION : ADMIN. ASSISTANT

We are seeking for personnel that are able to be working independently, responsible and most importantly, willing to learn. As there will be differences in every organization such as culture, system formats administrative differences & etc. Therefore, we hope to hire personnel that are always willing to learn regardless of previous experience and expertise.

Personnel Abilities:-

- Willing to Learn

- High level of responsibility

- Able to work independently without heavy supervisions

- Computer literate in basic software (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.)

- Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

- Other languages will be an added advantage.

- Minimum with SPM certifications.

- Minimum 1 Year Working Experience.

- Female is encouraged to apply. (As we are able to provide a safe environment to work)

Job Scopes:-

- Operates computer insurance software for insurance coverage (Training will be provided)

- Handling of daily basic administrative matters

- Updating on customer database and details

- Preparation of insurance quotations and invoicing. (Training will be provided)

- Assisting in basic customer service matters.
