Expanding, well-established Family Practice in Clermont, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner interested in practicing Integrative medicine. The practice offers Allopathic, Naturopathic, Homeopathic Medicine, and Acupuncture care.

Job Type: Part-Time

Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Requirements:

Current active and unrestricted license and prescriptive authority per Florida requirements

Meet and maintain all legal requirements per state and national statutes.

Must be Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Must have experience or interest in functional and integrative medicine, IV therapy, Bio-Identical hormone replacement therapy, food allergy testing, medical aesthetics, etc.

Experience preferred, but not required. Training provided.

Dedication to delivering compassionate, quality, holistic, patient-

centered care.

Superlative typing skills are essential; at least 50 wpm.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Proficient in the use of computers; experience with Electronic Health

Records

Must possess current CPR or ACLS certification

Responsibilities: (includes but not limited to)

1. Evaluation and management of clients

2. Managing patient’s care per needs and protocol

3. Offer counseling on weight management and nutritional supplementation

4. Ordering and interpretation of lab work and other diagnostic testing

5. Emphasize wellness, disease prevention, and patient education

6. Trigger point injections

7. Laceration repairs

8. Incision and drainage

9. Hormone Pellet Therapy Administration - Training available

10. B12 injections and other vitamin/mineral injectables – Training available

11. IV Nutrient Therapy

12. Entering clinical data in EMR

13. Commitment to providing individualized care and supporting patients in making healthier lifestyle choices

Experience: New Graduates preferred
